Whether a lathe is good or not, accuracy is very important. Some people try to process a needle.
The first time I tried to car 0.07mm, I really couldn't imagine it. The result was that the jump was too big and it was immediately scrapped.
The second time I tried to use 0.1mm, I almost succeeded. The jump was not that big, but the car still broke.

Then I made it a little thicker, 0.12mm, and it was a success the first time.

Is this considered awesome? Which one is better, the lathe or the master's skills? Everyone is welcome to leave a message and share~
There are several key parameters for your reference:
Rod: S45c is equivalent to No. 45 carbon steel.
Blade: high-speed steel blade (polished by myself) (model NK4, no information has been found on this model, someone who knows can explain it).
