High Speed Cnc Machining center is a highly automated multifunctional CNC machine tool with a tool magazine and automatic tool changer. It can process complex parts such as plates, plates, molds and small shells, and has a wide range of applications. So, do you know what are the factors that affect the stability of aluminum parts processed by vertical machining centers? Today, I will introduce them in detail.
1. The state of the vertical machining center. Whether the machining is stable or not depends largely on the state of the vertical machining center itself. The new vertical machining center or the vertical machining center without debugging is prone to dimensional instability. In such situations, you can check the servo motor, lead screw, nut and other parts, and debug the vertical machining center.
2. Processing technology. Unreasonable processing technology can easily cause dimensional errors of the workpiece. In ensuring the basic processing technology (such as "rough first and then finish, face first and then hole, first large surface and then small surface" for CNC milling, or "reduce the number of clamping times and try to use modular fixtures" in the use of fixtures, etc.) On the basis of this, it is necessary to minimize the machining errors caused by iron filings on aluminum parts.
3. Tool selection. When processing aluminum materials, try to use special tools, which are often more targeted. For example, a special milling cutter for aluminum milling usually has a larger rake angle and helix angle, a sharper cutting edge, which is more conducive to the processing of aluminum parts (such as anti-chip buildup), and the processed surface quality will be better.
4. Parameter setting. Cutting factors such as cutting speed, feed, depth of cut and tool compensation will affect the stability of machining, so special attention should be paid.
5. Material cooling problem. The workpiece may be deformed after cooling. This situation is often difficult to avoid, and you need to pay special attention to the use of coolant at this time. The possibility of material deformation should also be considered when performing in-situ measurements.
